Best day in a long, long time.
Good part of the day: Got officially hired at the burrito place! Training pay is 8.50, they said that will go up a ton as soon as I’m all trained (probably looking at 12 an hour or so, steadily increasing?). Hours will be 40 a week as soon as I’m out of my other job. I get a free meal and drink every shift. Everyone there is super nice, customers are great, and the 2-year anniversary commemorative beer is released tomorrow. Going to pick up a bottle, White Birch Brewery only made 24 of them!
Another good part of the day: Record shopping at Goodwill! Got a bunch of records from Yes, The Beatles, CSN&Y, and The Doors. Also picked up some Nat King Cole and Johnny Mathis. 19 records, all for a quarter each!
Best part of the day: Esraa’s visit. She is the greatest.

Oh hello there! My name is Isaac. I am a 21-year-old New Hampshire resident who works at a locally-owned burrito restaurant. I am taking college courses off and on when I can afford them. Sooner or later, I will be a high school English teacher if everything turns out the way I hope. I play banjo and singing saw and I wish I could start a folk band or a noise band.
